As Director, Marketing Data Analysis, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for rapid data prototyping and audience selection, ensuring data products are sound, scalable, and aligned with campaign and analytics needs. This role is ideal for a collaborative, technically fluent leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the nuances of data activation, campaign targeting, and analytical discovery.

This role leads the enterprise marketing analytics function, providing strategic guidance, performance measurement, and actionable insights across campaigns, channels, and member journeys. You'll partner with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure analytics are aligned with business goals and member needs.

This role is central to Humana's ability to deliver smarter, more personalized marketing experiences. Your leadership will ensure our decisions are grounded in data, our campaigns are optimized for performance, and our members receive the right message at the right time.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $168,000 - $231,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
