Risk Management Supervisor

In this role, you will supervise a team responsible for recovering AT&T Damage Claims against AT&T Assets. Key roles and responsibilities include :

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation : Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and analyze potential risks affecting the organization. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including policies, procedures, and controls integrated into business processes.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management : Ensure organizational adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Advise senior management on regulatory changes and necessary adjustments to risk management practices.
  • Risk Reporting and Communication : Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and stakeholders. Communicate risk management policies and procedures clearly to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Strategic Planning and Financial Risk Management : Contribute to strategic planning with insights on risk factors impacting organizational goals. Manage financial risks, collaborating with the finance team to address exposures effectively.
  • Other Duties as Assigned : Lead incident response and crisis management efforts, conduct investigations, and ensure business continuity. Oversee risk management training programs and foster a culture of proactive risk management within the organization. Engage with external stakeholders and utilize data analysis tools for risk modeling and prediction.

Job contribution : Oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.

Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience.

Our Manager-Risk Management earn between $87,200 - $130,800 Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
