About the Role :
As a Therapist at Dallas Behavioral Health, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and families through various mental health challenges by providing compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Your work will focus on assessing clients' psychological needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to promote emotional well-being and resilience. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of support for clients experiencing crisis, life transitions, or behavioral health issues. This role demands a commitment to fostering a safe, empathetic environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make positive changes.
