• Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
• Other Qualifications : - Strong clinical skills in ENT diagnosis, procedures, and surgeries - Effective communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care for pediatric and adult patients
• Perform ENT-related procedures and surgeries in both hospital and outpatient settings
• Participate in 1 : 3 weekend call rotation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including allergists and audiologists
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of a busy ENT practice
