Restructuring Associate - Denver - AmLaw Firm

LHH is partnering with a top 100 AmLaw firm in their search for a Restructuring Associate to advise financial services companies, and private lenders on complex restructuring transactions from the borrower and the lender side.

This role offers the opportunity to advise banks, and private lenders and borrowers on loan origination work, commercial real estate finance restructurings, and complex finance transactions involving emerging companies, investment banks and private equity organizations. The firm's Denver office has a culture of connection, inclusion and smaller deal teams to foster a collegial atmosphere and the ability to work closely with clients.

The base salary is $190,000-$310,000. The firm also offers health, dental, vision, 401k match, life and disability insurance.
