Territory Sales Manager– Houston, Texas Compensation and Benefits

The base salary is $70,000 . In addition, ELIXIR MD™ Inc offers :

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to help drive expansion across New York. This role reports directly to the CEO and Executive Account Manager and plays a key role in bringing our breakthrough medical technology to leading aesthetic practices.

In This Role, You Will

Be responsible for sales of all ELIXIR MD™ and EVA-3D™ products within a defined territory, achieving and exceeding sales targets

Prospect, conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and close sales transactions

Strategically plan and implement growth tactics to expand the customer base

Perform territory marketing research and report trends and feedback to leadership

Manage post-sale customer support and ensure high satisfaction

Collaborate with the marketing, clinical, and operations teams to drive seamless account onboarding and ongoing success

Essential Requirements

Recognition in previous roles (President’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or other sales awards)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

Proven success in capital equipment sales (medical or aesthetic industry preferred)

Self-starter, highly organized, and results-driven

Ability to build trust and strong relationships quickly with medical professionals

Skilled at delivering technical presentations in an approachable and engaging way

Familiarity with ROI-based selling methodology

Experience selling to plastic surgeons, medspas, or physicians is highly preferred

Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills

Heavy travel required within the Houston metropolitan area

A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required
