on their search for an experienced
Scheduling Manager
who has experience working for General Contractors with specific experience in
Commercial and Multifamily Construction projects valued at / above $85M+
Job
Project Types ($85M+) : Commercial, Healthcare, Multifamily High Rise / Mixed-Use
Key
Develop comprehensive project schedules for various construction projects using industry-standard software like Primavera P6.
Work with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to define task sequencing, durations, dependencies, and milestones.
Establish baseline schedules and manage updates to reflect actual progress, incorporating changes as they occur.
Conduct critical path analysis to identify and manage the most time-sensitive tasks to prevent project delays.
Integrate cost and resource loading into schedules to manage labor, equipment, and materials effectively.
Skills &
At least 5 years of experience in an existing Scheduling Manager OR Senior Scheduler position working for a large General Contractor
Must be able to work in office as well as visit job sites regularly during the work week
Must be a Leader
Must have experience overseeing a team of Schedulers / Planners
Must have excellent communication skills
