Server Monitoring L1 Analyst

Location : Frisco, TX (HYBRID 3X PER WEEK IN OFFICE MANDATORY)

• Basic understanding of server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Familiarity with server monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
• Basic scripting or automation skills (Shell, PowerShell, etc.).
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to analyze and resolve basic network problems independently.
