Embrace this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication can truly impact lives.\n\nDepartment / Unit Summary\n\nOur 30-bed Medical Surgical unit offers an empowering environment where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a team of skilled healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). With a manageable 1 : 6 nurse to patient ratio, your role will involve assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and promoting patient comfort and safety. • Professional development and growth opportunities\n\nQualifications and requirements\n\nApplicants are required to have a current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program. Additional qualifications include : \n
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required within six months of hire.\n
• One year of experience preferred.\n
