About the Maintenance Technician Role :
The Experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification at Briarcrest in Winter Haven Apartments, FL, plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of our residential community.
Minimum Maintenance Technician Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems relevant to residential properties.
- Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within residential units and common areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks to minimize disruption to residents.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational efficiency and compliance.
