Position Overview
The BCBA – Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical case management of students. This role leads the assessment and development of individualized treatment plans, provides supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and Specialist, and ensures data-driven decision-making to guide client progress. The Clinical Supervisor also partners closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote consistent, high-quality care in alignment with BACB ethical standards and organizational values.

Evoke Behavioral Health provides specialized educational and therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and co-occurring diagnoses. In 2025, we opened the doors to our newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility in Arvada, CO, complete with two outdoor playgrounds, a full gym, and an advanced sensory room—all designed to enhance client care and staff experience. We have expanded our services to include children from Pre-K through 12th grade and are currently hiring a Clinical Coordinator (BCBA) to join our Primary Program, serving students ages 3 to 13. This is a center-based position and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
Our interdisciplinary team includes BCBAs, LCSWs, Special Education Teachers, RBTs, Educational Assistants, Mental Health Assistants, and a large number of graduate students working across our departments. In addition to our comprehensive clinical team, we have on-site administrative, human resources, and maintenance support to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
