Production Graphic Designer

We are looking for an entry-level Production Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing
team. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or junior designer looking to gain hands-on
experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The designer will focus on supporting
day-to-day production tasks and low-level design edits across digital and print media, ensuring
brand consistency and efficient turnaround times.
Your designs should follow established brand guidelines, enhance communication, and
contribute to the visual identity of our campaigns and products. If you are detail-oriented,
responsive to feedback, and eager to grow as a designer, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine requirementsExecute low-level production edits for marketing collateral, social media, packaging, anddigital content
Develop graphics such as illustrations, icons, layouts, and photos under existingtemplates and branding
Use the appropriate colors, fonts, and layouts for each platform or channelCollaborate with the creative director, copywriters, and marketing team to finalizedesigns
Amend and iterate on designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, accurate, and on-brandPrepare production-ready files for both print and digital useSupport the team in organizing and managing creative assets and projectsQualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or CanvaBasic understanding of file formats, layout principles, and color theoryA strong eye for visual communication, detail, and consistencyAbility to follow brand guidelines and creative directionStrong time management and organization skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environmentReceptive to constructive feedback and directionPreferred Qualifications
