ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Missy Herron State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our licensed sales producer, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.QUALIFICATIONS :
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred)Ability to effectively relate to a customerProperty & Casualty License and / or able to pass licensing test within 90 daysLife & Health License and / or able to pass licensing test within 90 days
