Customer Service Representative – Call Center Location : Near Central Phoenix, AZ (Must reside in Arizona) Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Employment Type : Long-term temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative call center team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving problems, assisting customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming customer calls
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process secure payments
  • Manage updates, changes, and tracking for customer orders
  • Create service cases and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet performance standards related to quality, accuracy, and efficiency

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of consistent work experience in your most recent role
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling payments and sensitive customer information
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask across systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Must pass a background check and federal drug screening (THC disqualifying)
  • Must meet employment and education verification standards
