Under the guidance of two award-winning chefs - Long Shot Hospitality chef Kyle Bailey and Texas native and Top Chef winner Gabe Erales - we're taking Tex Mex and breathing fresh air into it without compromising the warm comforting memories most people associate with sizzling platters and good times margaritas.
Long Shot Hospitality has a reputation for building very strong and loyal regular neighborhood followings, and so we are actively looking for hospitality professionals to join our team who will be focused on doing the same in our newest venue.
Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience; are reliable, efficient, and organized; and are excellent TEAM players who truly enjoy providing memorable guest experiences.
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, leading the team, and ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency in a high-volume, upscale environment.
