Guaranteed hours : 40 Hours / week

Pay rate : W2 : $15

Weekly Per Diem : $750

Gross Weekly : $1350

Facility : Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center

Location : Matton , Illinois

Requirements :

Licensure CRCST or CSPDT

Required Education High School diploma or GED
