What You'll Do

Online orderfillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and fill their online orders. This position is fast paced, allowing you to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in-store customers. The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
