About Us :

Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse is known for bold flavors, smoked classics, and a lively atmosphere. We’re looking for skilled Cooks to join our kitchen team and help us deliver consistent, high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back.

What You’ll Do :

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Bootleggers’ recipes and standards.
  • Operate grills, fryers, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service.
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist in prepping ingredients and ensuring stations are fully stocked.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure dishes are delivered quickly and correctly.
  • Communicate with servers and managers to maintain smooth service flow.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and passion for great food.

  • Full-time or part-time, with evening and weekend availability.
