Key Responsibilities :
- Perform substantive, client-facing work including case-related duties requiring specialized knowledge in employment-based immigration.
- Independently handle case preparation, filing petitions, document gathering, review, analysis, and drafting.
- Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems, generate reports, and assist in case reviews.
- Engage with clients for case intake, troubleshooting, strategy development, and process improvements.
- Create clear, organized written work demonstrating immigration knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate proactively with foreign nationals and clients regarding case status and inquiries.
- Meet deadlines aligned with SLAs, update on case progress, and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in hiring and training new team members and identify productivity improvements.
- Monitor policy changes affecting work and collaborate with leadership to adapt processes.
- Utilize case management and reporting tools effectively.
- Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
- Follow firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Seek continuous improvement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization.
Qualifications :
Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate + 4 years of immigration experience OR Bachelor's degree + 3 years of immigration experience.Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various visas and client processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and case management systems.Team-oriented mindset and positive work attitude.Benefits :
