Acosta Retail Media Manager
Join Acosta Group and play a pivotal role in developing and executing retail media strategies that align with our business goals. In this role, you will :
Lead the paid media strategy and tactics for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Oversee the entire media planning process, including budget setting, industry tracking, and the test & learn agenda.
Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive innovative media tactics that advance our business objectives.
Manage client relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
Participate in the establishment, tracking, and reporting of business and media KPIs.
Manage relationships with external media and tech partners to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiencies.
Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of media professionals, fostering a culture of open communication and 360-degree feedback.
Develop and execute retail media strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on driving sales and increasing visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies, client teams, retailer partners, and ad technology partners.
Lead client meetings to understand needs, create recommendations, and present solutions.
Lead technical projects to improve customer experience and introduce new e-commerce features.
Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and create supporting documentation.
Undertake additional tasks as needed to support team and client requirements.
Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in managing retail media ad solutions (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart) with a track record of achieving client objectives.
5+ years of experience leading and coaching a team, ideally with 3-5 direct reports.
Proficiency in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
An exceptional eye for detail, analytical, and ability to solve problems given the fast-paced nature of our division, and the aptitude to multitask.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to operate in a client-facing role across diverse client groups.
Command of essential Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, with the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables at an advanced level.
Adept in project and campaign management across concurrent clients and campaigns.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Comfortable leading and presenting recommendations to clients.
Nurture collaborative relationships, a collaborative and curious spirit.
