Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location : Midland, Texas Area
Employment Type : Full-Time
A well-established pain management practice in the Midland, Texas area is seeking a skilled and motivated CRNA to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA who desires a consistent, Monday through Friday schedule , professional autonomy, and a low-stress, outpatient clinical environment focused on sedation for pain procedures.
Position Overview :
The CRNA will be responsible for providing sedation services for a range of interventional pain procedures in a fast-paced, yet supportive, outpatient setting. Working closely with physicians and clinical staff, the CRNA will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. No weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts are required, making this an ideal role for providers seeking excellent work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits :
Highly competitive salary range of $232,000 to $307,000 , based on experience and qualifications.

Work hours :
Monday - Thursday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM
No nights, weekends, or holidays

Requirements :
Active Texas CRNA license or the ability to obtain one
