As a Personal Injury Intake Specialist at Drake Law Firm, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal representation for personal injury claims. Your primary responsibility will be to gather essential information from clients, assess the viability of their claims, and provide them with the necessary guidance to initiate the legal process. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for opening files, sending letters of representation, and setting up treatment for clients. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure a smooth intake process for our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather information about their personal injury cases.
• Evaluate the merits of potential cases and assess their viability for legal action.
• Explain the legal process and our firm's services to potential clients.
• Open client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and send letters of representation to relevant parties.
• Coordinate and schedule initial medical treatment appointments for clients.
• Complete intake forms and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and keep them informed throughout the intake process.
• Collaborate with our legal team to determine the appropriate course of action for each case.
