Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Location : Midland, TX Start Date : November 10, 2025 We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical team in Midland, Texas. This is a travel nursing opportunity with a start date in the next 3–5 weeks. Candidates must demonstrate clinical excellence across a range of specialties and be prepared to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality perioperative care across General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Trauma, and ENT cases Support pediatric surgical cases (preferred) Participate in on-call rotations as required Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards Schedule Details : Day shift : 3x12-hour (06 : 30–19 : 00) or 4x10-hour shifts Variable weekly schedule; no guaranteed set days Block scheduling is not available Final shift structure and call expectations will be discussed during the interview Qualifications : Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years OR experience preferred Strong clinical background in General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT Pediatric experience preferred Flexibility and reliability in scheduling and call coverage Certifications Required : ACLS BLS NIHSS PALS (preferred) This role requires a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.
