[Remote] SEO Content Coordinator (English Fluency Req) Description

Our client, a boutique digital web design agency, is seeking an English-speaking SEO Content Coordinator to join their remote team. In this role, you’ll manage SEO and content marketing strategies for multiple retainer clients. Your focus will be on quality control, client relationship management, and translating strategic goals into clear, actionable tasks for content writers. You’ll coordinate freelancers, evaluate SEO audits, and analyze reports from tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA, and GSC. You’ll also help evolve internal workflows and support the agency\'s growing emphasis on Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO). You won’t be writing the content, but you will be reviewing it, improving it, and guiding its direction.

Location : Remote – Anywhere in South America

Salary : USD $35,000–$45,000 per year

Benefits : PTO (2 weeks + holidays)

Job Type : Full-Time

Typical Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM ET

Responsibilities

  • Review SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis reports
  • Oversee execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
  • Review blog posts, landing pages, and evergreen content for quality and SEO
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Translate client feedback and goals into actionable tasks for the team
  • Coordinate freelancers and internal teams to keep projects on track
  • Analyze SEO data using SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA, and GSC to uncover insights
  • Lead monthly client calls, translating strategy into understandable terms
  • Ensure backlink strategies are implemented and monitored correctly
  • Stay current on LLM optimization and digital marketing trends
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SEO, content strategy, or digital account management required
  • Client-facing experience required
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical) required
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools required
  • Clear conversational English fluency required
