Job Description

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans to ensure successful project completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Lead on-site meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders. Track and report on project performance, including budgets and schedules. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Ensure all construction activities align with local, state, and federal regulations.
