Restoration Field Supervisors will lead, perform, and support remediation and restoration services of fire damage, water damage, mold damage, storm damage, and commercial services. This can include demolition, cleaning, repairs, and other labor intensive activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform mitigation / restoration processes while ensuring quality control. This is a hands-on position.Supervise and assist with production activities which include loading of equipment / supplies into vehicles, worksite preparation, demolition, cleaning, equipment setup / breakdowns, and other labor intensive activities.Develop scopes of work and execution plans that are clearly communicated to restoration technicians.Assess project requirements and determine material and equipment needsSupervise production activities ensuring equipment and materials are being properly used and project timelines are being met.Document a detailed and accurate job file including floor plan sketches, measurements, photos and written summariesManage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issuesPosition Requirements
Prior supervisory experience requiredAt least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, construction, or relatedValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma / GED (preferred)Basic math skills are a mustIICRC certification a plus, not requiredPhysical Demands / Competencies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
