Key Responsibilities

Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting

Answer inbound calls in a timely manner

Adhere to professional conduct and industry-specific best practices

Qualifications / Experience

Full fluency in both English and Tigrinya

Technology proficient with web-based platforms and Microsoft Word

Access to a landline phone for sound quality

2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred

Industry-specific certifications or 40+ hour medical interpreting training preferred
