About the Role :

Join the team at Shoppeside Deli, our newly reopened deli located within The Pie Shoppe! As a Deli Kitchen Team Member , you’ll be part of an exciting time as we grow and expand beyond our current offerings of sandwiches and salads. Your contributions will be essential in crafting fresh, delicious meals that delight our customers and help establish Shoppeside Deli as a go-to destination for quality, convenient food.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare custom-order breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, handheld sandwiches, and hoagies.
• Craft and stock premade breakfast and lunch sandwiches for our warming case.
• Assist in creating garden and side salads, displaying them in our self-service cooler while ensuring proper date rotation.
• Stock and organize the self-service beverage cooler, maintaining proper rotation and front-facing labels.
• Keep the deli kitchen’s walk-in cooler stocked, clean, and organized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area in the deli kitchen.
• Record proper temperature data as needed.
• Follow posted guidelines to close the deli kitchen.
• Adhere to proper food safety practices.
• Work flexible shifts as scheduled, including current shifts : 6 : 00 a.m.–2 : 00 p.m. and 9 : 30 a.m.–5 : 30 p.m.
