As the VP of Product at Commify, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and beyond. Your strategic insight and leadership will drive the development of innovative products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

As a vital member of the US leadership team, you will report directly to the Global Head of Product. Your mission? To steer the product trajectory in the US, with a strong emphasis on innovation, growth, and achieving market success, all while being the voice of US customers. In this pivotal role, you will harness your expertise to shape not only the direction of our products but also the overall experience our customers receive, ensuring that their needs and expectations are at the forefront of our development efforts.

Your key responsibilities will encompass :

  • Product Vision & Strategy : Craft a captivating product vision and strategy for the US market that resonates with our global objectives, ensuring alignment with the overarching company goals while tailoring it to the unique demands of the US customers.
  • Roadmap & Execution : Curate and oversee a data-driven roadmap that prioritizes features delivering real value. This will involve continuous assessment of product performance and market trends to keep our offerings competitive and relevant.
  • Execution : Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, shaping market requirements derived from customer insights. You will lead cross-functional teams through each phase, ensuring that we meet deadlines and deliver products that exceed expectations.
  • Team Leadership : Drive impactful outcomes while nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation, fostering an environment where team members feel valued and motivated to contribute their best work.
  • Market & Customer Champion : Engage in extensive research to unveil opportunities that inform product decisions, actively listening to customer feedback and market signals to refine and enhance our product offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Team up with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure triumphant product launches. Your ability to converge diverse perspectives will be crucial in delivering cohesive and successful products to the market.
  • Stakeholder Management : Convey product strategies and updates to stakeholders, including our Executive Team. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
  • Go-to-Market : Partner with Product Marketing to devise compelling strategies and messaging that resonate with our target audience, creating excitement and anticipation around our product releases.

Your qualifications should include :

  • Tangible experience in in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful B2B SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills that inspire and energize teams, fostering a shared vision and driving collective success.
  • A solid grasp of B2B SaaS commercial drivers, with a keen understanding of how to optimize product offerings for maximum impact in the market.
  • A strategic mindset capable of turning insights into actionable plans, allowing you to navigate complex challenges with confidence.
  • A genuine empathy for customers and a fervent passion for solving problems, ensuring that our products truly meet their needs and enhance their experiences.
  • A commitment to data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and user research to guide product development and strategy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • A collaborative approach, exemplifying strong teamwork skills that enable the successful integration of diverse perspectives and ideas.
  • Bonus : Experience within business messaging, communications, or marketing technology is a plus, providing you with additional insights into our customers' environments and challenges.
