Description for Working Field Manager :

• Lead a small team and supervise subcontractors on job sites
• Work hands-on in excavation, dirt work, and septic system installation
• Interpret project blueprints and ensure safe, timely job completion
• Maintain a productive and positive job site atmosphere
• Must be comfortable testing, and working around septic systems 70% of the time
• Managing production
• Sales experience and customer service skills
• Office skills and application understanding
