A company is looking for an Oromo Language Verifier.
Key Responsibilities
Create and review language verification tests
Evaluate language test submissions and perform quality control on audio and video files
Report progress and communicate with project managers as needed
Required Qualifications
Highly proficient (C2 CEFR) in Oromo, including reading and writing skills
Previous professional experience working in the Oromo language
Formal education in the required language, secondary school or higher, strongly preferred
Masters or PhD in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or the required language, preferred
Access to a personal laptop and the internet
