Travel as needed to maintain direct engagement with local field teams, ensuring alignment, support, and operational consistency Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to evolving circumstances. Embrace new challenges and adjust strategies as needed to maintain operational effectiveness. Manage regional telecom budgets and resources responsibly, ensuring alignment with company financial goals. Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency. Review financial reports and forecasts, making informed decisions to optimize spending and resource allocation. Ensure fiscal accountability by maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial policies and procedures. Exhibit confidence, decisiveness, and integrity in all interactions. Inspire trust and motivate others through effective communication and a strong personal example. Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecom customers to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. Act as a liaison between the company and telecom customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Proven experience in a managerial role within the telecommunications industry is a must. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities. Financial acumen and experience in budget management. Commitment to personal and professional development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs with advanced Excel skills Familiarity with other MS products including MS Project, MS Access, Vizio Familiarity with databases and report writing Excellent verbal and written skills Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail A self-starter who needs minimal instruction or supervision Strong active listening and critical thinking skills Entrepreneurial orientation and creativity Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and pick up new skills / technologies Operate well under pressure and tight time limits Ability to multi-task on several projects at once Quality-driven – Trusted resources, providing quality services without question.
