Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Experience : New graduates are welcome. SNF experience preferred.

License : State License required

Certifications : CPR certification required

Must-Have :

Candidates must complete a prescreen and submit it with their application.

A resume and license verification must be attached.

Candidates will be declined if these items are not completed and attached.

A COVID test is required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours before the start date.

Description :

Candidates are expected to provide rehabilitation therapy services under the supervision of an occupational therapist.

Support individuals in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective treatment planning.

Document patient progress and report to the supervising occupational therapist.

Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and adhere to safety protocols.

Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.
