Supplier Quality Manager
You will be the Supplier Quality Manager for the Supplier Quality team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of supplier performance across the Precision Fires and Combat Maneuver Systems portfolio. As the Supplier Quality Manager you will be responsible for defining and executing a supplier-quality strategy that supports program schedules, cost targets, and mission-critical requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Providing oversight and performance accountability for front-line quality managers and their contributors.
- Driving best-practice implementation across the supply base through standardized processes.
- Identifying cross-business supply-chain risks and coordinating corrective actions that affect multiple programs.
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing emerging leaders with regular feedback and career-growth plans.
- Traveling to supplier facilities to conduct on-site assessments and resolve high-impact issues.

This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications :
STEM degree at bachelors level or higher, OR equivalent / experience combined education.Supplier or program leadership experience in aerospace or defense.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, deep knowledge of AS9100, ISO-9001, and excellent communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to identify and drive systemic root cause and corrective action utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to influence key decisions.Desired Skills :
STEM degree at bachelors level or higher preferred.Team leadership experience with firm understanding of Full-Spectrum leadership principles.Green belt / black belt certification and demonstrated successful project completions.Experience with source inspection, surveillance activities, and special process reviews at suppliers.This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret
