Salary Range : $110,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Environment : Onsite Fulltime

The firm specializes in complex commercial litigation, creditors' bankruptcy representation, and other multifaceted business litigation matters. Position Overview :

As an Associate Attorney, you will be an integral part of the firm's practice, managing a wide range of complex litigation cases. The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of commercial litigation, creditors' bankruptcy, and related business disputes, with a desire to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, including creditors’ rights and bankruptcy-related disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other court documents with precision and strategic insight.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, trial preparation, and court appearances.
• Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to develop effective solutions to complex legal challenges.
