Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer with a strong background in both bridge and building design .

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex infrastructure and vertical projects for public and private clients across the region.

Salary range :

• $150,000 – $175,000 per year Key Responsibilities : Design and manage structural projects involving bridges, buildings, and infrastructure Apply AASHTO bridge design standards and NJDOT / NJTA regulations Lead design development using MicroStation, AutoCAD , and structural analysis software Integrate BIM / Revit workflows into project delivery Conduct forensic evaluations and develop structural rehabilitation plans Serve as the primary technical point of contact with clients and stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams on multidiscipline projects Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering ( Master’s preferred ) P.E. license in New Jersey 12+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering Proven experience with bridge design (AASHTO) and building structural systems Proficiency in MicroStation , AutoCAD , and structural analysis / design software Familiarity with BIM / Revit Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills Powered by JazzHR
