The Engagement Manager with Boldsky Creative Studio serves as the single point of contact for clients which can consist of Syneos Communications agencies, other Syneos Health companies, and / or direct clients. This role will lead project execution from start to finish and, when needed, assist account teams in defining project parameters and participate in creative ideation sessions and / or tactical recommendations. This role will also partner with the Creative Core team to ensure the proper integration for projects. For clients, the Engagement Manager acts as a holistic business partner, ensuring the studio delivers on their needs and expectations. This role is accountable to ensure client satisfaction.

Client / Business Management

• Builds, maintains and nurtures the client relationship with key stakeholders (across disciplines).
• Responsible for client satisfaction and will work with appropriate studio leadership to address any concerns or issues with studio performance, personnel or potential client issues.
• Primary escalation for quality issues, workflow gaps or general performance concerns.
• Participates in creative ideations sessions and / or tactical recommendation brainstorming as needed (in collaboration with the Creative Core)
• Acts as an advocate for our business and continually builds awareness

Ensures organization is aware of all studio capabilities (across the entire network) which includes : Capability presentations, recent work presentations and other connections points that builds awareness.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
