Pay starts out at $17.06 / hr.

Qualifications :  Must have supervisory skills, customer relations skills, organization skills, and an open personality. Must be able to be certified as a type A / B petroleum operator, through training with OCC. Pass extensive background check and pre-employment testing. Must be able to read fine print and lift 25 to 50 lbs. Must be able to work all shifts including night, weekends and holiday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Be in charge of the overall operation of the Travel Plaza properties, assuming responsibility for implementing its operating procedures when Operations Manager is out.
• Review and maintain all Travel Plaza timesheets, reports and records which are generated at the store along with State / Federal records.
• Assist with purchasing for the Travel Plaza and implementing KGI purchasing procedures.
• Assist with all Travel Plaza personnel, including training, hiring, firing and disciplinary actions in cooperation with the KGI Human Resource Director.
• Assist with the completion of monthly inventory for Travel Plaza properties and forward it to the accounting department as soon as complete.
• Cooperate with the KGI CEO / General Manager in the development of the Travel Plaza properties budget, advertising program, and in certain personnel actions such as hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.
• Must be able to check in vendors properly.
• Must be able to do Retail and Cost.
• Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one.
• Assist with schedules as needed.
• Assist with proper training of employees.
• Must maintain an Oklahoma ABLE (alcohol) License and Food handlers.
• Be courteous and professional at all times to co-workers, customers, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty.
• Must wear your name tag at all times while on duty or conducting company business.
• Perform other responsibilities related to the Travel Plaza properties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
