Setting : Home Health

Shift : Day Shift – No weekends (rotating if required)

Requirements :

1 year of recent experience

Active NH & VT Physical Therapist Assistant Licenses

Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance

Current BLS / BCLS Certification

Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Education :

Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
