Site Supervisor II, AbilityOne
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, salaried position with a pay range of $42,000$48,000 annually. As a salaried role, there may be occasional additional hours required to meet the needs of the position.
This Site Supervisor position at Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana (GCSI) is a result of the AbilityOne program in partnership with GCSI and the federal government, providing healthy operations and environments at local federal facilities. The AbilityOne program is one of the largest sources of employment in the United States for people who are blind or have significant disabilities. GCSI is one of about 500 non-profit organizations that provides employment opportunities in competitive, integrated environments at federal government locations.
The Site Supervisor II, AbilityOne oversees a contract consisting of team members including Assistant Supervisors and / or Team Leads, as well as direct labor employees; ensuring that customer requirements are met in accordance with the contract's scope of work, third-party subcontracts, as well as meeting all compliance documentation and reporting.
