The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction efforts on high-profile projects valued at over $50 million in electrical scope. This is a strategic management role that will shape the success of our projects from concept through to construction handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, and design coordination.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to develop cost-effective and constructible solutions.
• Oversee and mentor preconstruction teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
• Provide strategic input during proposal development and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and best practices.
