Full Time or Part Time

Compensation : Production-based salary of $93,000–$105,000 / year + generous bonus structure

Sign-On Bonus : Part Time $5,000, Full Time $10,000

As a key member of our clinical team, the hygienist plays a vital role in patient education, preventative care, and overall oral health . We're looking for someone with a gentle touch, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform dental cleanings and comprehensive oral health assessments
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
• Collaborate with the dentist to develop patient care plans
• Follow OSHA guidelines and infection control protocols
