Job Description

At Teledyne Marine, we design the tools that explore and protect the world beneath the waves. As the New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering Manager at Teledyne RD Instruments, you'll lead a team of 8 engineers in developing advanced marine instruments like Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs) and Doppler Velocity Logs (DVLs). Your work will directly support global efforts in environmental monitoring, infrastructure development and maritime safety.

You'll be responsible for driving innovation from concept to production-ensuring new products are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and strategic thinking will shape the future of our product line and engineering culture.

Salary Range :

$113,600.00-$151,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education / training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
