Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst (Contractor) to join one of our clients' teams in McLean, VA . This is a highly visible role working directly with business stakeholders and technology teams to uncover insights, map data flows, and communicate findings that drive critical decisions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on SQL expert with strong analytical skills and a polished client presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis projects and present findings to business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop advanced SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate large datasets.
- Map and document data lineage , ensuring clarity on data flows across systems.
- Conduct End-User Computing (EUC) analysis to assess and report on user data access patterns.
- Partner with internal teams to recommend solutions that improve data quality and governance.
