We are looking for our District Construction Manager where you will have full P&L responsibility for the development and implementation of the construction operations within our NY Metro District. You would help foster successful customer relations and ensure safe, reliable, high-quality execution of the construction projects consistent with business and financial targets. Additionally, you will actively manage portfolio performance in terms of progress against schedule, planning accuracy, productivity, safety, quality performance, and customer satisfaction while managing the Delivery Operations team, including team development and ensuring competence and optimized allocation of the resources.

General accounting and financial management principles.

General and sub-contractual understanding and management principles.

Experience and Education :

5+ years progressive management experience (including managing people, budgets, planning etc.).

Proven success in Project Management and Construction Operations business, preferably both.

4 year college degree from an accredited college / university or 8+ years of related work experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear or see. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

The hiring range for this role is $243,500.00 - $334,800.00. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
