Job Description
- Perform cell and molecular biology techniques, including tissue culture, nucleic acid isolation, RT-qPCR, and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
- Design, execute, troubleshoot, and optimize assay workflows to enhance experimental performance and reliability.
- Analyze primary and secondary NGS sequencing metrics to support research projects.
- Analyze, interpret data and share results with stakeholders in one-on-one meetings and group settings.
- Collaborate with bioinformatics and translational team members to generate datasets and identify biomarkers supporting translational medicine
- Develop and run cell-based assays to characterize drug target pathway activity or PD biomarkers in primary cells or cell lines
- Maintain thorough, accurate and complete records of experiments performed
Qualifications
Strong and effective communication skills in one-on-one conversations and in group settingsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsExperience with NGS platforms (Illumina preferred), library prep and analyzing sequencing metricsExperience in developing and running transcriptomics experiments (bulk and single cell RNA seq) and library preparation for genomic and transcriptomic sequencing.Experience using cell and molecular biology techniques, including tissue culture, nucleic acid isolation, RT-qPCR, cell culture skills including cell lines and primary cellsAuthorization to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorshipPreferred Experience and Skills
Experience developing ex-vivo cell-based assays to assess immune responses from human whole blood, PBMCs, and various immune cell subsetsExperience with immunoassay platforms (e.g., ELISA, Meso Scale Discovery) to measure analytes in serum, plasma, supernatant or cell lysatesEducation Minimum Requirements
BS or MS in immunology, cell biology, or related biomedical science3-5 years of experience in academia and / or industryAdditional Information

Position is full-time, 8am - 5pm with occasional overtime required.
