About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender / Server to join our team at St Croix National Golf Event Center LLC. As a Bartender / Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. Your ultimate goal will be to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, while also maximizing revenue for the business.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender or server
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Additionally, you will use your flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your creativity and attention to detail will also be utilized in creating and executing specialty cocktails and event planning and coordination.
