Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Systems Analyst to support and optimize our operational systems and processes. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, evaluate system performance, and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making across supply chain, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment functions.

Essential Functions :

Generate and analyze key performance indicators to measure business performance : Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of reporting to measure procurement operational effectiveness and how it impacts the warehouse operations while considering vendor discounting and freight terms.
Provide meaningful insights : Collect and analyze data related to procurement and warehouse logistics, including inventory levels, order volumes, picking and packing efficiency and labor utilization. Provide updates and insights to business stakeholders.
Data integrity maintenance : Ensure accuracy and consistency of data as well as determine opportunities for operational improvements in purchasing, pricing and warehouse operations.
Cross functional collaboration : Collaborate with various departments such as inventory control, purchasing, pricing and warehouse management to gather data, understand requirements and help aid in developing solutions for the operational challenges.
Profit-minded approach : Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, and cost reductions through data analysis and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to implement appropriate changes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management required, or significant industry experience in an operational position

3+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or operations analyst, preferably in a wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environment.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Epicor Prophet21, Oracle NetSuite).

Experience with inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Warehouse Management / Logistics Software Experience preferred.
