Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in an inpatient setting
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Perform procedures as required, including intubation, central line placement, and others as needed
- Participate in daily rounds and patient care meetings to discuss cases and care plans
- Educate and mentor medical residents and students, fostering a culture of learning
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols
