Softworld, a Kelly Company is hiring : Technical Writer in Sunnyvale

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our client's team onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will focus on writing and refining technical specification documents for our software. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documentation and be able to work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update the Software Requirements Document (SRD) to ensure it is unified, modular, and adaptable across multiple system configurations.
• Establish traceability for newly created requirements, linking them to software design documents and existing test cases.
• Create a standardized template for future Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and testers to gather information and validate documentation.
• Ensure documentation aligns with industry best practices and company standards.
